It seems funny that TRI would whine about the North napping people to get rid of them (while on a leash in Sir Molle's hand). When TRI themselves had to nap the entirety of the north to gain their original position in Deklein and mount an effective attack. This is all very ironic.

I think your Eve history is a little off there. I was in Hydra (  ya I know)at the time and we never had a NAP with Tri. We had NIPS which were pretty much just Tri saying ya, we're not interested in your space, just shooting your ships, SOMETIMES temporary blue settings were arranged to get rid of people BOTH parties had no use for/didn't like (and even during these Tri would come to Vale a gankin). Hydra had several disaterous but amusing fleet ops up in Tri space, but I can't ever recall being blue to Tri for more than the time it took to kill some POS's (usually a single evening).
My Eve history is fine. TRI's original attack on the north. Pre Hydra alliance.

Daisho has some Ex-Sparta, that being said I doubt they worry too much about a group like TRI coming to hit their Cynojammed Systems. After all TRI had to Nap the entire north to gain ground against Sparta the first time. Turnabout isn't fair play? Who hasn't seen this act from TRI before? "We're not NC, We're not NC... ok maybe we're NC" ths time it's "we're not pets, we're not pets". Same song different verse.
And Executive Outcomes smacking Tortuga as Hyena's... LoL. Tortuga fought and took stations as an entity, what has Executive outcomes done? Held Bobs coat, polished his shoes and gotten his lunch there on time? Executive Outcomes are expert Bob bikini wax technicians and that's about it. @ TRI and Executive Outcomes, being Bob's houseboy ain't much of an accomplishment.
